Corporate History and Personnel

F. David Sylvester & Associates Inc. was incorporated in August of 1990. Its principal, F. David (Dave) Sylvester has over 30 years of experience in the property management field, devoting most of the past 25 years specifically to community association management.

With regards to education and background, Dave has a B.S.B.A. degree in Marketing from Robert Morris University. He has also earned the AMS (Association Management Specialist) and the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designations, and the prestigious PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation, the ultimate achievement in the community association management profession. He is also a CPM (Certified Property Manager).

The staff at Sylvester & Associates Inc. includes a degreed accountant, a senior community manager, two assistant community managers, a property/leasing manager, along with administrative assistants with years of community association experience, and additional accounting and clerical support personnel. Also, our firm possesses the (Accredited Association Management Company) AAMC designation.

From Pittsburgh: Interstate 376 West to Business 376. Get off of  the Thorn Run Road Exit. Turn left onto Thorn Run Rd. Make the 2nd left onto Commerce Drive and then an immediate right into parking lot of the 200 Building of the Airport Professional Office Center (A.P.O.C.) to 2nd floor (Suite 206).

From South Hills: Follow Interstate 79 North to Interstate 376 West (towards Pittsburgh International Airport). Follow to Business 376. Get off of  the Thorn Run Road Exit. Turn left onto Thorn Run Rd. Make the 2nd left onto Commerce Drive and then an immediate right into parking lot of the 200 Building of the Airport Professional Office Center (A.P.O.C.) to 2nd floor (Suite 206).

From North Hills: Follow Interstate 79 South to Interstate 376 West (towards Pittsburgh International Airport). Follow to Business 376. Get off of  the Thorn Run Road Exit. From Beaver County: Follow Interstate 376 East to Business 376. Get off of  the Thorn Run Road Exit. Turn left, going over the overpass. At stop sign, turn left onto Thorn Run Rd. Make the 2nd left onto Commerce Drive and then an immediate right into parking lot of the 200 Building of the Airport Professional Office Center (A.P.O.C.) to 2nd floor (Suite 206).
